Eggnog pie recipe is an absolutely delicious dessert that is perfect for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The creamy, sweet, and smooth drink makes a wonderfully delicious pie.
No Bake Eggnog Pie

The no-bake pie recipe is super easy to make and everyone will love it. With only a few ingredients you will have one of the tastiest pies this year.
We love eggnog around here because it’s such a special treat that you can only get for a short time.
When I see eggnog in the grocery store I know we are getting into my favorite season–the holidays. And, I thought adding eggnog pie to our menu would be a great idea this year.
This pie can be made with the graham cracker crust or you can make the pie with a regular pie crust that is cooked ahead of time.

What Ingredients Do I Need For Eggnog Pie?
- Instant vanilla pudding
- Eggnog
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground nutmeg
- Whipped topping
- Pre-made graham cracker crust

How Do I Make The Eggnog Pie?
- Add the instant pudding, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a bowl.
- Next, pour the eggnog into the bowl and mix for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the pudding into a pre-made graham cracker crust and put it into the refrigerator to set up for at least two hours.
- When you’re ready to serve the pie, add the whipped topping and sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Start by adding instant vanilla pudding, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to a bowl.

Next, pour the eggnog into the bowl and mix.
Normally, instant pudding calls for milk, but you’re replacing it with eggnog.

Mix the ingredients for a couple of minutes until the pudding starts to thicken.

Pour the pudding into a pie shell and place it into the refrigerator for at least two hours until the pudding thickens.
Putting it into the fridge will allow it to set up so you can slice it easier when it’s ready.
I bought a 9-inch pie crust for this recipe, but if you’d like to have a little bit more pie, you can double the recipe and use a 10-inch pie crust.

When you’re ready to eat the pie, spread the whipped topping on top.
I used generic frozen Cool Whip for this recipe. I let the whipped topping thaw the night before so it would spread easily on the pie.
I don’t add the topping until I am ready to serve it because sometimes the whipped topping can deflate a little. So, I just add it right before cutting and serving the pie.

Omg this is yummy but I made a mistake and bought the deep dish crusts. I was going to just double the egg nog portion and add to existing pie filling but I didn’t want to experiment when I was already rushing lol but it’s so darn good. Merry Christmas :)
