Everyone will come running when you start to dish up the Crock Pot barbecue beef. It’s that good. The recipe is tender, flavorful, and, best of all, easy to make. And it’s one of our favorite recipes. Place the shredded BBQ beef on a bun and make it a sandwich. Add some chips, potato wedges, or coleslaw on the side, and you’ve got one great meal.

Next, add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and dried minced onion to the bowl. You can use fresh onion, but I like the flavor of minced onion. I buy it in the spice section at the grocery store.

Once the food cooks, shred the beef and serve. If it seems like there’s a lot of liquid, you can take a cup and scoop a little bit of the liquid out of the pot. You can also put some of the meat in a strainer and strain some of the liquid off before serving.
