  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut the biscuits into four pieces and place them in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat.
  • Next, add the ham, bacon, cheese, and milk and mix.
  • Pour egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Then, loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes.

Notes

I used Pillsbury Grands Butter Tastin' Biscuits. You can also use homestyle or flaky layers.
I used microwave bacon for this recipe, but you can also cook your own or use bacon bits for this recipe.
You can also use skim milk if you want a lower-fat meal.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and keep it refrigerated.

      Thank you, Becky! It can, but I would wait to put the bacon and biscuits in right before baking so they don’t get soggy. You can just mix them in when you’re ready to bake.
