This is also a great recipe to share with others. We made about eight of these for the youth at church, and it was super easy.

We baked the quiche the day before, brought them to the church, refrigerated them overnight, and they warmed them up the next morning.

FAQs

Do I Have To Use A Crust?

You do not have to use a crust for the recipe. A crustless quiche recipe is a great way to make the recipe a low-carb one.

I would still use a pie pan or an 8″ x 8″ greased baking dish to bake the quiche. The cooking time might vary a little so be sure to check on the dish while baking.

Notes

If you want to make a gluten-free quiche, leave the crust out of the recipe and bake the crustless quiche in a 9-inch pie dish.
Another option while preparing is to pre-mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then gently pour them into the crust.
Use a pie shield if the edges of your pie are browning too much while baking.

I love this recipe, I have made it twice now, I used ham instead of sausage but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. This one is in our breakfast rotation!
