Easy and Healthy Breakfast Quiche Recipe

- 9- inch frozen pie crust
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup pre-cooked turkey sausage
- 1/2 cup frozen hash browns
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup veggies diced
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place frozen pie crust on top.
Add the turkey sausage, hash browns, veggies, and cheddar cheese to the crust and toss gently to mix.
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salt, and pepper and mix.
Add the milk to the eggs and mix.
Gently pour the egg mixture to the crust and stir.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown.
Serve.
If you want to make a gluten-free quiche, leave the crust out of the recipe and bake the crustless quiche in a 9-inch pie dish.
Another option while preparing is to pre-mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then gently pour them into the crust.
Use a pie shield if the edges of your pie are browning too much while baking.
