Copycat Pillsbury Egg Casserole Recipe

- 8 biscuits canned
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of 2% milk
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 4 slices crumbled bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Cut the biscuits into four pieces and place them in the bottom of the baking dish.
Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat.
Next, add the ham, bacon, cheese, and milk and mix.
Pour egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Then, loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes.
I used Pillsbury Grands Butter Tastin' Biscuits. You can also use homestyle or flaky layers.
I used microwave bacon for this recipe, but you can also cook your own or use bacon bits for this recipe.
You can also use skim milk if you want a lower-fat meal.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and keep it refrigerated.
