Step-By-Step Instructions


Add the cooked Italian sausage, minced onion, garlic, and Italian seasonings to the slow cooker. Pour the spaghetti sauce on top.


Next, add the cream cheese and tortellini to the slow cooker. Stir everything to combine, then cover the slow cooker with the lid.
Cook on the low heat setting for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

After cooking, gently stir the ingredients until the cream cheese is melted and it’s ready to serve. Top with parmesan cheese.

Storage and Reheating
Store any tortellini leftovers in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated. To reheat, add the tortellini to a saucepan on medium heat. Add a small amount of sauce or chicken broth and cook until heated through.
