- Buttermilk (or milk)
- Egg, beaten
- Greek yogurt
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Ranch seasoning
- Rosemary

Step-By-Step Instructions


Start by adding your buttermilk and beaten egg to a small mixing bowl. Next, add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix well. Grab another bowl, add the Panko, parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, and rosemary, and mix well.


Dredge the chicken into the buttermilk mixture and then over into the breadcrumb mixture.

Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and add the chicken tenders. Make sure to space them out so they get toasty as they bake. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Chicken tenders should reach a temperature of 165 degrees according to the USDA.
