Parmesan Ranch Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • ½ cup buttermilk or milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 4 ounces Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add the buttermilk, beaten egg, and Greek yogurt to a bowl and mix well.
  • In another bowl, add the parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, Ranch seasonings, and rosemary and mix.
  • Dredge the chicken tenderloins in the milk mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a cooking sheet with room between each tenderloin. (You might need two cooking sheets).
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Serve with your favorite dressing.
