How to Make Chocolate Pudding Bundt Cake

This chocolate pudding Bundt cake is as easy as it gets. Along with my frosting recipe for the top of the cake, you will have a spectacular treat to enjoy for any of your special occasions.

You’ll need a box of cake mix – I used Duncan Hines Devil’s food cake boxed mix, but if you can’t find it, you can use Betty Crocker.

The other ingredients you’ll need are instant chocolate pudding, sour cream for that nice tang, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, milk, eggs, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Feel free to use milk chocolate for the chocolate chips if you’d prefer.

  1. Start by adding the cake mix and pudding mix to a large bowl and whisk.
  2. Next, add the sour cream, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, milk, and eggs and mix well with an electric mixer.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for approximately 50 to 55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

You can use one regular-sized Bundt cake pan or use mini ones for mini Bundt cakes, which are a super-cute idea for a baby shower or bridal shower, or to give as yummy little treats to friends and family.
