How To Make The Casserole
Start by cooking the ground beef with a little salt and pepper. Drain the grease. While the meat is cooking, slice the biscuits into four pieces. I used a pizza cutter to make it easier.
Next, add the Sloppy Joe sauce and shredded cheese to the beef mixture and combine. Then, add the biscuits to the meat mixture and mix until they are covered.
Spread the meat mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
