- 2 pounds ground beef
- 15 ounce can Sloppy Joe sauce
- 16.3 ounce can Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits generic will also work
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet on medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Drain the grease.
Add the Sloppy Joe mix and combine.
Cut the biscuits into quarters. I used a pizza cutter to make it easier and faster.
Next, add one cup of shredded cheese and mix well.
Add the biscuit dough and mix until they are covered.
Spread into the casserole dish and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
