  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees.
  2. Add two egg whites to a bowl and beat.

  6. Spread the pecans out in the air fryer basket. (Be careful, it will be hot).
  7. Cook on 300 degrees for five minutes. Shake the pecans and cook for another five minutes.
  8. Spread the pecans out on parchment paper and allow them to harden for 15 minutes.
