Add the powdered sugar.

Finally, pour the heavy cream into the bowl and mix well with an electric hand mixer or with a whisk attachment for your stand mixer. You will get that fluffy texture.

If the frosting is too thin, add a little bit of powdered sugar. If it’s too thick, add a little bit of heavy cream until it is the perfect consistency.
