I love the fall. I can’t say it enough. I especially loved it growing up in Colorado. The cool, crisp air in the evenings, the leaves changing colors (oh, those aspen trees), and knowing the holidays were right around the corner. I get all excited.

Since I now live down in Florida, we will have one or two evenings that get a little chilly. I live for those evenings. I love cold, because with the cold comes hot chocolate, hot lattes, and of course, pumpkin. A lot of pumpkin. And it wouldn’t be the same without it. I LOVE Fall, too! Cool weather, fires, hot cocoa, sweaters! I’m in Southern California where we don’t get very many cold enough days either. These recipes looks delectable! Especially that Pumpkin Lasagna and Pumpkin Donut Holes!
