How To Make The BBQ Ribs
- Pull the skin off the pork ribs.
- Preheat the gas grill to 300 degrees.
- Start by adding the Apple cider vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup to a small bowl and mix well.
- Next, sprinkle the rub on both sides of the ribs and rub it in. Place the ribs meat side down in a casserole dish. We used a disposable aluminum foil dish.
- Pour the liquid into the dish, around the ribs, and cover it with aluminum foil. Add the casserole dish to the grill and grill the ribs on 300 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
5. After grilling, remove the ribs from the pan and place them meat side up directly on the gas grill.
6. Spread the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs and cook another 10 minutes without flipping.
7. Serve!
The ribs turned out so tender and delicious and were truly fall-off-the-bone good. We love the rub and BBQ sauce. It has such a rich great flavor. We’ve used it for other recipes in the oven and the smell is amazing!
