If you’re not a big fan of salmon, you’ll still want to check out this recipe. Amy, over at The Speedy Spatula, wasn’t a big fan until she made this and now she’s hooked.

Here’s what she said, “The first bite of Creamy Garlic Baked Salmon that entered my mouth was like a party for my taste buds! I was hooked, my husband was hooked, and I knew I had to share this with you all!”

I know I am ready for a big plate of this salmon recipe!

These cookies look amazing. I love the crinkly chocolate poking through the icing sugar coating. The recipe is a mix of ooey gooey soft and crunchy cookies making this a special treat. The combination is one that can’t be beaten. These are perfect for any party, as a gift, or to just munch on at home.

Mile High Mud Pie (Ice Cream Cake) is one dessert you’re going to want to make over and over again. It’s easy to make, and Kathleen gives step-by-step instructions on how to make the divine dessert. It’s a layered ice cream cake with vanilla, coffee, and chocolate ice cream, as well as fudge topping, crushed cookies, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and more. Helloooo Mile High Mud Pie.

Strawberry Vanilla Wafer Ice Box Pie is a special treat all year round, but especially during the summer months. It’s fresh, sweet, refreshing, and easy to make. Kay makes the pie with her homemade shortbread crust and only four other ingredients – easy peasy and super delish!
