Foodie Friday Link Party 87
Welcome to Foodie Friday Link Party 87! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Each year we go to a picnic with my brother-in-law and his family. We always enjoy getting a chance to visit with them and catch up.
What did you do for Easter?
This week we have some great recipes that will be perfect for your menu. We have some easy ice cream cake, classic homemade egg salad, mouthwatering sliders, and some tasty tropical dream bars.
Featured Recipes
I love sliders, and you can tell from this picture that they are going to be amazingly delicious. If you have some leftover ham (or not), this is the recipe for you. They will make a great lunch or dinner this week. Everyone will come running when this meal hits the table.

This Classic Egg Salad is on the top of my list to make. It’s full of flavor, plenty of protein, and the fact that it’s homemade makes it the perfect side dish. This makes a great dish for any holiday or any meal throughout the year. It’s easy to make and you know it will be delicious.

Oh boy, there are so many good things in this bar, I am not even sure where to begin. Golden Oreos, butter, cream cheese, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and many other wonderful ingredients go into these dessert bars. And as Christy, from Southern Plate, says, “If you can’t take that vacation, at least you can make these amazing tropical bars and pretend.”

I always say I love easy recipes, and this is one of them. And I absolutely love ice cream cake. So, the combination of ice cream, cake, and an easy recipe makes me a happy girl. Love, over at Munchkin Time, gives step-by-step instructions with photos to help you make a gorgeous and super tasty cake.
