This recipe really is worth a million bucks. It’s a delicious pie made with simple ingredients. The no-bake millionaire pie is perfect for summer gatherings. 

The texture of this pie is truly extraordinary. It’s got pineapple chunks, chopped pecans, and sweet shredded coconut.

Topped with whipped topping and maraschino cherries, it’s a showstopper. And it’s so refreshing too.

The last time I had a back-yard barbecue, I served it for dessert, and there wasn’t even a smudge of whipped cream or a crumb of crust left behind.

The no-bake millionaire pie recipe has been in the family for a long time. Now I’m sharing this no-fail pie for your family to enjoy for many years to come.

Pie Filling Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust (not part of the filling)
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Shredded sweet coconut
  • Crushed pineapple, drained
  • Sliced maraschino cherries
  • Chopped pecans
  • Lemon juice
  • Whipped topping

How To Make Millionaire Pie

  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl.
  2. Next, add the cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Add the shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, cherries, chopped pecans, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and pour into the pie shell.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours and serve.
  6. Top with a dollop of whipped topping, if desired.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large mixing bowl.

I used Eagle Brand for this sweet treat, but you can use your favorite brand, including generic.

Next, add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until the two ingredients are combined, and there are no more lumps.

Drain the pineapple juice and add the crushed pineapple to the bowl.

Add the shredded coconut.

Slice the cherries in half and add to the bowl.

Add the chopped pecans.

Fold in the whipped topping.

For this easy recipe, I used Cool Whip, but you can also make your own and add it.

Pour the pie into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.

For the crust, you can choose to make a homemade graham cracker crust or buy a prepared graham cracker pie crust.

If your graham cracker crust is a little crumbly, it will soften up after you add the pie.

Can I Make A Homemade Crust?

Yes, you can make your own graham cracker crust with graham crackers and melted butter. You will need a 9-inch pie plate.

  • Mandarin oranges
  • Slices of oranges
  • Coconut flakes instead of shredded
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Walnuts

Millionaire pie is an easy recipe with lots of flavor. It's perfect for summer gatherings and back-yard barbecues.

Ingredients

  • Store-bought graham cracker crust-I used a 10-inch/9-ounce crust.
  • 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded sweet coconut
  • 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 6 ounces of sliced maraschino cherries
  • 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounce container of Cool Whip
  • (Additional Cool Whip for topping, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Add the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese to a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
  2. Next, add the shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, cherries, lemon juice, and pecans and mix.
  3. Add the Cool Whip and fold in.
  4. Pour the pie into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Notes

The crushed pineapple equals about one cup after draining the juice.

My family doesn’t care for cherries. Can I make this without or substitute something else? It sounds really good!
