Start by adding the ground beef and Italian sausage to a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meat and drain the grease. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the box directions. Drain the water and add them to the beef and sausage mixture.

Pour the Alfredo sauce into the pan with the meat and noodles and stir to combine.

The Alfredo sauce is so rich and creamy and really makes this dish flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 16 ounces cooked elbow macaroni

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 sticks 16 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian seasonings
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package directions.
  • Add the beef and sausage to a skillet and cook on medium heat until browned. Drain the grease.
  • While the meat is cooking, add the butter to a large saucepan and melt on medium heat.
  • Next, add the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to the saucepan with the butter and cook on medium heat until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Add the Italian seasonings, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese to the cream mixture and stir until combined. Cook for about three to five minutes to dissolve the parmesan cheese.
  • Pour the Alfredo sauce over the meat and pasta mixture and stir to coat. Serve!

Notes

If you want to make the recipe even easier, you can buy precooked noodles and jarred Alfredo sauce. This will save you time preparing the dinner.
