If you absolutely love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, this No-Bake Chocolate and Peanut Butter Corn Flake Squares recipe is going to be right up your alley.
Plus, it’s a quick fix. It’s a great after supper dessert (or before–ha!), a fun party treat, or a nice gift for teachers and neighbors.
And, it’s cheap! I like cheap.
The recipe and printable directions are at the bottom of the post.
Start with the sugar and corn syrup. Add it to a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. (I used a medium-sized sauce pan and regretted it, because once I added the Corn Flakes, it was almost too much and got kinda messy).
You’ll know it’s a rolling boil when it looks like the picture the below. You’ll also know it’s a rolling boil when you stir and it keeps boiling. Once it reaches this point, remove it from the heat.
Add the peanut butter and stir until it’s blended together.
Once the peanut butter is blended in, add the Corn Flakes and the chocolate chips.
Stir the Corn Flakes and the chocolate chips into the mixture. Lastly, pour it into the casserole dish. I used a 9″ x 9″ because I like my desserts good and thick.
And, that’s it! So easy and delish!

I absolutely love using corn flakes with bars and treats. I love adding extra crunch and sweetness to "soft" treats. And peanut butter and chocolate combo is one of my weaknesses! I am going to try this!
