Tiger Butter Homemade Fudge
Tiger butter homemade fudge might just be the easiest fudge recipe I've made yet. The chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe was a hit among friends and is the perfect dessert for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The layered tiger butter fudge recipe is budget-friendly and simple.

- 4 cups white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter to a medium-sized bowl. (Make sure the bowl is microwave-safe).
Microwave for about one minute. Stir until melted. Microwave again, if needed, in increments of ten seconds.
Pour into an 11" x 7" casserole dish lined with tinfoil or parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray and refrigerate while you melt the second set of chocolate chips.
Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the bowl.
Microwave for about one minute and stir to melt. Microwave more, if needed.
Drizzle the semi-sweet chocolate over the white chocolate.
Run a knife through to create a design.
Refrigerate for two hours.
You can line the prepared pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper to easily lift the fudge out after it sets up.
Keep the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. If kept in the refrigerator, the fudge will be more crumbly. Let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
To help cut, run a sharp knife under hot water, carefully dry it off, and slice the fudge.
