Ingredients
4-6boneless thick-cut pork chops
3large sweet potatoespeeled and cubed
1/2white oniondiced
16ounceschicken broth
1/3cuporange juice
2teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonof nutmeg
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonbrown sugar
Instructions
Add the sweet potatoes and onions to the slow cooker. Sprinkle the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper over the top.
Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Pour the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and orange juice over the pork chops. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Place the lid on top and cook on low heat for eight hours or until the pork chops are tender.

If you are in more of a hurry, you can cook the meal on high for 4 hours, but the pork will be more tender when cooked on low for 8-9 hours.
