Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes oil drained

Instructions

  • Add the chicken breasts, minced garlic and onion, salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings to the slow cooker.
  • Next, whisk the cornstarch into the chicken broth and pour it over the chicken.
  • Pour the heavy cream over the chicken.
  • Drain the oil off the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the slow cooker.
  • Place the lid on top and cook on the low setting for eight hours. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles, or vegetables.
