- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks and juice
Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
Pour the pineapple and juice into the cooker.
Add the balsamic vinaigrette and place the lid on top.
Cook for eight hours, shred the chicken, and serve over rice or potatoes.
If you're not a big fan of vinaigrette, you can use half the amount or a different dressing.
I used frozen chicken because I often forget to set it in the refrigerator to thaw the night before. You can use frozen or refrigerated. I would cook them both for eight hours to get the meat tender.
