Ingredients

  • 1- pound bag baby carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley

Instructions

  • Add the carrots to the slow cooker.
  • Melt the butter, pour it over the carrots, and stir to coat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger, and parsley.
  • Pour over the carrots and stir to coat.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring once during the cooking process.
  • Serve!
