- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce packet of dried onion soup mix
- 4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- 12 ounce jar of apricot preserves
Add the chicken to the crock pot.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Next, add the Dijon mustard and soy sauce.
Spread the apricot preserves over the top, cover with the lid, and cook on low for eight hours.
Eat the chicken whole or shred and add to rice or mashed potatoes.
