Sausage Bake with Hash Browns
Sausage bake with hash browns is a great breakfast recipe for any day of the week, but especially perfect on a lazy Saturday morning or around the holidays.

- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 3/4 cup diced onions
- 30 oz. bag shredded hash brown potatoes
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
Add the sausage and onions to a skillet and cook until the sausage is done and the onions are translucent.
Drain the grease.
Add the hash browns to the skillet, as well as salt, and pepper, toss and cook for five minutes.
Next, add the mozzarella cheese to the skillet and toss.
Spread the sausage bake into a 9" x 13" greased baking dish and cover with tin foil.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove the tin foil and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese and hash browns are golden.
