Ingredients

  • 4-5 potatoes peeled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400-degrees.

  • Slice the potatoes into wedges.
  • Add the potatoes to a large bowl.
  • Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the potatoes.
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic salt, dill, parsley, basil, and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  • Stir the potatoes until completely covered.
  • Place on baking sheet and cook for 40-50 minutes or until brown on the edges, and soft on the inside.
