- 4-5 potatoes peeled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400-degrees.
Slice the potatoes into wedges.
Add the potatoes to a large bowl.
Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the potatoes.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic salt, dill, parsley, basil, and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Stir the potatoes until completely covered.
Place on baking sheet and cook for 40-50 minutes or until brown on the edges, and soft on the inside.
