Ingredients

  • 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 ounce block of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce tub frozen whipped topping thawed to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 3.4 ounce Cheesecake Instant Pudding packet
  • 4 Snickers bars divided
  • Canned whipped topping for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat the egg inside a small mixing bowl and use a silicone brush to brush the egg wash over the pie crust until it’s fully covered. Bake for 10 minutes. When done, remove from heat and allow it to cool completely before moving on.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese using an electric hand mixer. Mix until smooth and until there are no lumps from the cream cheese.
  • Add in whipped topping, vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and instant pudding packet. Mix again until all ingredients are fully incorporated. It will be thick.
  • Fold in three Snickers bars, chopped into bits, and mix with a rubber spatula.
  • Add the mixture to the bottom of the pie crust. Use a rubber spatula to spread the mixture into the crust, filling the entire bottom and spreading evenly on top.
  • Cover and place inside the refrigerator for 2.5-3 hours to chill.
  • When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and additional chopped Snickers bar pieces.

Notes

  • This pie is best served chilled.
  • For added chocolate, make this pie with an Oreo pie crust instead!
  • To make the pie look like the photos, add dollops of whipped topping (from a can) all the way around the outer ring of the pie. Then, one large dollop in the center. Add Snicker bar slices on top of the whipped topping.
  • This pie mixture will be thicker and should hold shape.
  • Tastes just like a Snickers bar!
