Crust
Crush the Nilla Wafers in a food processor and add the melted butter. Mix again to combine.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Pineapple Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, add the stick of softened butter and cream.
Next, add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Add the crushed pineapples and mix.
Pour the heavy whipped cream into another bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar and mix.
Pour mixture into the pineapple mixture and mix well.
Pour pineapple mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Whipped Topping
Pour the heavy whipped cream into a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
Next, add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Top the pineapple pie and sprinkle a handful of chopped pecans on top.
