Marshmallow Brownie Bars
Marshmallow Brownie Bars are so easy to make. The chocolate, chewy, and crispy combination tastes amazing. These make a great treat for a party, for the kids after school snack, or a gift for a friend (you’re a seriously good friend if you give these away).

- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 1 pkg. mini marshmallows 10.5 oz. size
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1-1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Grease a 13" x 9" pan.
Make brownies according to the package and bake.
After the brownies have finished cooking, add the marshmallows on top, and bake for 3 minutes.
Let the brownies cool.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
Add the crispy rice cereal.
Pour over the brownies and marshmallows.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting.
