Ingredients
Crust
1cupflour
1/2cupchopped pecans
1/4cupbuttermelted
Cream Cheese Layer
16ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cuppowdered sugar
8ounceswhipped topping
Lemon Pudding Layer
2 - 3.4ouncepackages of Instant Lemon Pudding
3-1/2cupscold milk
Top Layer
8ounceswhipped topping
Instructions
Combine the flour, butter, and pecans. Stir and press into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. (The crust does not need to be baked).
Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add one 8 oz. container of whipped topping and mix until well blended. Spread on top of the pecan crust. (Spread gently, as the crust will move around a little).
Add the two packets of pudding to a large bowl. Add the milk and mix for about five minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the other 8 oz. container of whipped topping over the lemon pudding.
