Ingredients
1cupbuttersoftened
1cupbrown sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2tsp.vanilla extract
1egg
2-1/4cupsall-purpose flour
1tsp.baking soda
1/2tsp.salt
3/4cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4cupmilk chocolate chips
3/4cupchopped pretzels
1/2cuptoffee bits
2tsp.sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
Add the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a large bowl and mix until creamy.
Pour the vanilla extract into the bowl and add the egg. Mix until blended.
Next, add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well blended.
Add the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, pretzels, and toffee bits and mix well.
Scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. The dough should be about three inches in diameter. Place the cookies about three inches apart.
Sprinkle each cookie with sea salt.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
