- 15 ounce can chickpeas garbanzo beans
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon juice from garbanzo beans more if needed
- Pinch of paprika for the top
Add the canned chickpeas to the Cuisinart.
Next, add the garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and extra virgin olive oil and process.
Add juice from beans if the hummus is too thick.
Spoon into a bowl and serve.
