Ingredients

creamy peanut butter
1
cup
sugar + 1 tsp

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
Place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl, and mix together.
Shape the dough into 1" to 1-1/2" balls and place onto a cookie sheet, approximately 2" apart.
Spray a fork with non-stick spray, and flatten each ball with a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Sprinkle 1 tsp. of sugar on top of the cookies.
Allow to cool.
