- 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350-degrees and grease a 11" x 7" casserole dish.
Pour the melted butter into a bowl.
Add the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla and blend well with a mixer.
Next, add the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix in with your spatula.
Pour into a greased 11" x 7" casserole dish (you can also use 13" x 9")
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool and cut into bars.
