Easy Ground Beef Casserole With Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 10.5 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 ounce can of condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of Pillsbury Grands! Southern Homestyle Biscuits 8 count

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  • Brown the ground beef on medium heat in a large skillet.
  • Add the salt, pepper, and garlic. Once the meat is brown, drain the grease.
  • Next, add the soups and mix.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
  • Spread the meat mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Add the biscuits on top of the casserole and bake 12-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
