- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Add the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Rub the mixture on pork or your choice of meat. Seal the meat in a casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap, or place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Cook on the grill, stovetop, or in a slow cooker.
