- 2-3 pounds Boston Pork Butt
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- OPTIONAL: BBQ sauce
Cut the larger pieces of fat off of the pork butt.
Add the pork to the Crock Pot.
Pour the chicken broth, liquid smoke, and soy sauce on top of the pork. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
Place the lid on top and cook for 9 hours on the low heat setting. Once it is done cooking, shred the pork and serve.
If you want to add some barbecue sauce, you can add it before cooking or after.
