Crock Pot Smoky Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds Boston Pork Butt
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • OPTIONAL: BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Cut the larger pieces of fat off of the pork butt.
  • Add the pork to the Crock Pot.
  • Pour the chicken broth, liquid smoke, and soy sauce on top of the pork. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
  • Place the lid on top and cook for 9 hours on the low heat setting. Once it is done cooking, shred the pork and serve.
