Crock Pot sausage and peppers are a classic dish that is easy to make and packed full of flavor. Italian sausage, bell peppers, tomato, and onion combine to make a main dish that will become a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Italian pork sausage cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 bell peppers any colors
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 24 oz. spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  • Grease the Crock Pot.
  • Slice the bell peppers, onion, and tomato and add to the Crock Pot.
  • Next, cut the Italian sausage into pieces and add to the pot.
  • Pour the spaghetti sauce over the ingredients, and stir everything together,
  • Replace the lid and cook on low for 8 hours.
