Crock Pot Ritz Cracker Chicken Recipe

Crock Pot Ritz Cracker Chicken is a stress-free and easy meal for the whole family. The mouthwateringly delicious dinner can be prepped in just a few minutes and turns out buttery and perfect every time.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 10.5 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • sleeves Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 8 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Add the chicken breasts to the Crock Pot.
  • Combine the sour cream and condensed cream of chicken soup and spread it over the chicken.
  • In another bowl, pour the melted butter over the crushed Ritz Crackers and toss until the crackers are coated. Spread the crackers over the soup and sour cream mixture.
  • Place the lid on top of the Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • After the chicken is done cooking, shred and top mashed potatoes or rice.
