- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- sprig of rosemary optional
Add the melted butter and flour to the Crock Pot and whisk to combine.
Next, add the chicken, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. If you want to add the sprig of rosemary, add now.
Cover with the lid and cook for seven to eight hours (until the chicken is tender).
Shred the chicken and serve over rice or potatoes.
