Crock Pot Cheesy French Onion Potatoes

Crock Pot Cheesy French Onion Potatoes are the perfect mix of melty cheese, tender potatoes, and rich onion flavor. Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it do the work!

Ingredients

  • 32 ounce bag frozen diced potatoes
  • 16 ounces French onion dip
  • 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Grease the inside of a Crock Pot.
  • Add the potatoes to the Crock Pot.
  • Next, add the French onion dip, condensed cheese soup, garlic, salt, pepper, and butter.
  • Slice the cheese into large chunks and place the slices on top.
  • Place the lid on the top of the Crock Pot and cook on the high heat setting for three hours. Stir and serve.
  • Optional: Add cooked ground beef or sausage at the end and mix well. Serve.
