- 16 oz. ground pork sausage roll
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 oz. pkg ranch seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Add the sausage, cream cheese, biscuit mix, ranch seasoning mix, minced onion, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to a large bowl and mix well.
Roll the sausage into balls and place them on a cookie sheet about two inches apart.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160-degrees.
Serve.
