Cream cheese sausage balls with bacon

Cream cheese sausage balls with bacon are the perfect appetizer to serve at any party or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. ground pork sausage roll
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 oz. pkg ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
  • Add the sausage, cream cheese, biscuit mix, ranch seasoning mix, minced onion, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Roll the sausage into balls and place them on a cookie sheet about two inches apart.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160-degrees.
  • Serve.
