Ingredients

  • 2 - 30 ounce bags diced hash brown potatoes frozen
  • 64 ounces chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits optional

Instructions

  • Add the hash brown potatoes, cream cheese, cream of chicken soups, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and onion to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Place the lid on top and cook on low for five hours.
  • Stir gently until the cream cheese melts.
