This cheesy potato recipe goes great with any meal, including holiday meals. The easy cheesy potatoes make a great side dish at Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any holiday. The dish only takes about 15 minutes to prepare and get into the oven to cook.

Ingredients

  • 32- oz. bag of frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
  • Spray a 13" x 9" casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • Add the potatoes to the dish and spread out evenly.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan add the heavy whipping cream, milk, dijon mustard, salt, and shredded cheese. Stir on medium heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Pour over the potatoes and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
