- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces fusilli pasta or whatever you have on hand
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Add the ground beef, minced garlic, minced onion, salt, and pepper to a large skillet and cook on medium heat. Drain the grease.
Cook the noodles according to the directions while the beef is cooking.
Next, add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pasta noodles, parsley, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese is melted.
