Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces fusilli pasta or whatever you have on hand
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef, minced garlic, minced onion, salt, and pepper to a large skillet and cook on medium heat. Drain the grease.
  • Cook the noodles according to the directions while the beef is cooking.
  • Next, add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pasta noodles, parsley, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese is melted.
