Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce container whipped topping

Butterscotch Pudding Layer

  • 3.4 ounce package butterscotch pudding
  • 2 cups milk

Top Layer

  • 8 ounce container whipped topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
  • Grease 9" x 13" baking dish.

Crust

  • Mix the flour and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 8 oz. of whipped topping.
  • Spread on top of the crust.

Butterscotch pudding

  • Mix the instant pudding powder with the milk. Mix until the pudding thickens.

Top Layer

  • Spread the second 8 oz. container of whipped topping on the butterscotch pudding.
  • Refrigerate for approximately two hours.
