Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Turkey breast tenderloins 1 pkg
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
  • Remove turkey tenderloins from packaging and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
  • Place the tenderloins in a baking dish, then brush both sides with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and brown sugar.
  • Sprinkle the spice mix over all sides of the turkey until fully coated.
  • Spray the basket of the air fryer with a non-stick cooking spray, and place the tenderloins into the basket.
  • Cook at 380 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, flip over, and cook for ten more minutes on the other side.
  • Remove the turkey from the air fryer basket and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing it and serving.

Notes

  • Be sure to let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes after removing it from the air fryer before slicing.
  • Internal temp should reach 165 degrees. Make sure you test the temperature in the fattest part of the tenderloin.
