- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
Remove turkey tenderloins from packaging and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Place the tenderloins in a baking dish, then brush both sides with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and brown sugar.
Sprinkle the spice mix over all sides of the turkey until fully coated.
Spray the basket of the air fryer with a non-stick cooking spray, and place the tenderloins into the basket.

- Be sure to let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes after removing it from the air fryer before slicing.
- Internal temp should reach 165 degrees. Make sure you test the temperature in the fattest part of the tenderloin.
